Buried Treasure Pudding Cups
Makes 4 servings
We like to serve these desserts in clear cups so the layers are visible. We recommend using 5 oz. dessert cups.
INGREDIENTS:
- 5.9 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- Gold nugget or confetti sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate brownie chunks, cut into ½” cubes
- 7 graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
- Twizzlers “Pull-and-Peel” cherry candy
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk for two minutes. Place in the refrigerator for five minutes.
2. Fill the bottom fourth of each cup with chocolate pudding. Top with a layer of gold candies. Layer brownie chunks over the gold candies until the cups are three-fourths full. Spoon pudding over the brownies, leaving 1-inch of remaining space.
3. Sprinkle with gold candies. Spoon graham crackers over the sprinkles filling to the top.
4. Separate strings of one “Pull-and-Peel” twist. Cut eight 2-inch lengths. Create an “X” on the top of each dessert using two 2-inch length pieces.
