Minnie dipped strawberries work beautifully on a brunch table, dessert stand, or sweet board. Arrange them on a simple white platter for a clean, elegant look, or tuck them alongside cupcakes, pastries, or fresh fruit for a layered dessert spread. They’re especially lovely for baby showers, bridal showers, Valentine’s Day celebrations, or Disney-inspired brunches.
Minnie Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients
Fresh strawberries, washed and completely dried
Directions
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the vanilla candy melts using a double boiler or microwave. If using the microwave, heat in short intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Add a very small amount of pink icing color to the melted chocolate and stir until you reach a soft, pale pink shade.
Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, gently twisting to coat evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
While the chocolate is still wet, add white sugar pearls over the strawberries.
Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
Helpful Tips
Make sure strawberries are fully dry before dipping—any moisture can prevent the chocolate from sticking smoothly.
Work in small batches so the chocolate stays fluid while decorating.
These strawberries are best enjoyed the same day they’re made, but can be refrigerated briefly if needed.
These Minnie dipped strawberries are a perfect example of how simple treats can still feel thoughtful and beautifully styled. Easy to make, charming to serve, and endlessly adaptable, they’re a lovely addition to any Minnie-inspired celebration or elegant brunch. Whether you’re recreating our Minnie Mouse brunch or adding a sweet detail to another gathering, these strawberries are sure to delight.
