Hocus Pocus Charcuterie Board
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 rounds of brie
- Monterey Jack cheese, cut into ½” cubes
- Blackberries, washed and dried
- Salami, thinly sliced
- Green, red, and black grapes, washed and dried
- Blueberries, washed and dried
- Black gel pen
- Red gel pen
- Assorted crackers, pretzels, and chips
- Sliced mozzarella
EQUIPMENT
- Ghost cookie cutter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut each salami round into two semi-circles. Tightly roll the semi-circle and press firmly along the flat edge to secure. Set aside.
2. Add brie rounds to the center of the tray horizontally. Create hair using Monterey Jack cubes for Sarah, salami rolls set upright for Winifred, and blackberries for Mary.
3. Using black gel, create eyes on each brie round. Use the red gel to create lips.
4. Cut six grapes of each color in half lengthwise. Lay the flat side of the grape on the surface of the tray to create a base for each sisters’ dress. Add full grapes over the base to create a second layer. Fill in spaces between the dresses with blueberries.
5. Fill in open spaces with crackers, pretzels, and chips. Cut out ghosts from Mozzarella slices using a cookie cutter. Scatter over the chips and crackers.
