The night sky over Agrabah is one of the most beautiful and memorable images from the film. Aladdin’s Blue Calypso Cooler takes that color and puts it in a glass, made from Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade, a splash of pineapple juice, and seltzer for a little fizz. This mocktail is part of our Enchanted Tiki Room Brunch menu, served over ice in stemless glasses with fresh blackberries on a blue sword cocktail pick. It’s simple, striking, and ready in minutes.
Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade gives the drink a beautiful, vivid color, and the lemonade flavor gives it a bright and refreshing flavor. Mix it in a pitcher ahead of time and add the seltzer glass by glass just before serving so it stays fizzy. The blackberry garnish on a blue cocktail pick is a small detail that ties into the story.
How to Make Aladdin's Blue Calypso Cooler

Aladdin's Blue Calypso Cooler Mocktail
Equipment
- Large pitcher
- Spoon
- Stremless Wine Glasses
- Sword Picks
Ingredients
Mocktail
- 21 oz. Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade
- 10 oz. seltzer or club soda
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- Ice
Garnish
- Fresh blackberries
Adult Version
- 3 parts Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade
- 2 parts coconut rum
- Splash of pineapple juice
Instructions
- Combine the Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade and pineapple juice in a large pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
- Fill each glass with ice. Pour the lemonade mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with seltzer or club soda — approximately 2½ oz. per glass. Add seltzer glass by glass rather than to the pitcher so the drink stays fizzy through the party.
- Thread two or three fresh blackberries onto a blue cocktail pick and rest it across the rim of each glass before serving.
- For the adult version, combine 3 parts Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade, 2 parts coconut rum, and a splash of pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish the same way.
Tips & Tricks
- Mix the lemonade and pineapple juice in the pitcher up to a day ahead and refrigerate. Add the seltzer glass by glass just before serving.
- Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade is the key ingredient here. The color is naturally vivid and it’s widely available at grocery stores.
- Can this be scaled up for a larger party? Yes — the ratio is 2 parts lemonade to 1 part seltzer with a small splash of pineapple juice. Double or triple the batch as needed.
- The blackberry garnish on a blue cocktail pick is a finishing detail worth doing.
- For the adult version, swap the seltzer for coconut rum — 3 parts Calypso Ocean Blue Lemonade, 2 parts coconut rum, and a splash of pineapple juice. The tropical flavor of the rum pairs naturally with the lemonade base.
- Pair this mocktail alongside the full Aladdin Dinner Party menu for a complete Agrabah-inspired spread.
This drink’s color is striking and vivid making it a delight for both the eyes and a palette. It’s also easy to prep before guests arrive.
