Mickey Burger Board
A build-your-own burger station with Mickey-shaped buns, burger patties, corn on the cob, and all the classic fixings — a patriotic BBQ centerpiece for 4th of July and Memorial Day entertaining.
Equipment
- Long farmhouse-style serving tray
- Small serving dishes for condiments
Ingredients
- 1 batch Mickey-shaped burger buns
- Burger patties (your favorite recipe, or our oat-nut veggie burgers)
- Corn on the cob, cooked
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- Pickle spears
- Mayonnaise
- Whole grain mustard
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Cook the burger patties and Mickey-shaped buns according to the Mickey Burgers recipe. Cook the corn on the cob and set both aside to cool slightly before building the board.
- Spoon the mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, and ketchup into separate small serving dishes.
- Arrange the Mickey-shaped buns at one end of the tray, split and ready to fill.
- Place the cooked burger patties next to the buns, followed by the corn on the cob.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion along the open side of the tray, leaving room to add the pickle spears.
- Place the three small dishes of condiments in any remaining open space on the tray, positioned so guests can reach them easily from either side.
- Set the board out and let guests build their own burgers.
