A round patriotic charcuterie board with a star-filled brie wheel, folded salami, white cheddar and swiss, fresh berries, cherries, and white cheese stars — a Captain America party board for 4th of July cookouts and Marvel themed gatherings
Prep Time 45 minutes mins
Total Time 45 minutes mins
- 1 (8 oz.) brie wheel
- Raspberry jam
- Folded salami
- 1 block Swiss cheese, sliced into wedges
- 1 block white cheddar, sliced into wedges
- Assorted crackers
- Cherries
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Red grapes
Prepare the brie: Using a sharp knife, slice the brie wheel horizontally in half to create two equal rounds. Press a 3" star cookie cutter firmly into the center of the top half and cut through cleanly. Lift the star shape out and set aside.
Spread a generous layer of raspberry jam over the cut surface of the bottom half of the brie. Place the top half back over the jam, aligning the edges. The star cutout will reveal the jam beneath. Place the assembled brie in the center of the round tray.
Slice the Swiss and white cheddar blocks into wedges. Using a 1½" star cookie cutter, cut star shapes from a few of the cheese slices. Set the stars aside and arrange the remaining wedges in sections around the tray.
Arrange the folded salami in loose ruffled sections around the brie, filling in the areas between the cheese wedges.
Tuck crackers into any open sections along the outer edge of the tray, fanning them for easy access.
Fill the remaining open spaces with strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and red grapes, working inward toward the brie until the tray is full.
Scatter the white cheese stars across the top of the board, placing them over the salami, fruit, and cheese sections. Place the reserved brie star on the board alongside the wheel.
