We love Sally’s patchwork dress and made some easy Jello desserts to reflect her signature colors. Sally’s Jello Desserts require just a few ingredients and are very simple to make. Get our easy tutorial below.
These treats were served on our Nightmare Before Christmas movie night, but would be perfect for any dessert table. They’re very versatile – add black sprinkles at Halloween, heart sprinkles at Valentine’s Day, or Christmas sprinkles during the holidays.
Sally's Jello Desserts
Makes 24
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. box Berry Blue Jello
- 3 oz. box raspberry Jello
- 3 oz. box lemon Jello
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Follow the quick preparation instructions on the box of Berry Blue Jello. Pour a small amount of the jello mixture into each clear plastic cup. Set the cups on a tray or shallow bowl and tip them to the side so the Jello sets at a diagonal. Refrigerate until the liquid has set completely.
2. Repeat step 1 with the raspberry Jello. Tip the cups to the opposite side and allow to set completely.
3. Repeat step 1 with lemon Jello. Allow the plastic cups to sit upright for this third and final color. Refrigerate and allow to set completely.
4. Once all your layers are firm add some whipped cream and sprinkles! Heart sprinkles are lovely at Valentine’s Day, holiday sprinkles are perfect for the Christmas season, or use black sprinkles at Halloween time.
