The Peter Pan Float served at Story Book Treats in Magic Kingdom is refreshingly light and delicious and this at home copycat recipe is sure to delight! Our version uses lime sherbet, Sprite, and a red fondant feather. This delicious treat was served on our Tinker Bell Tea Party.
Peter Pan Float
Ingredients
- Lime Sherbet or Lime Dole Whip
- Sprite
- Red Wilton Candy Melts
Equipment:
Instructions
- Melt candy melts according to package directions and fill mold. Chill until firm. Remove and set aside.
- Place 2 scoops of lime sherbet or Dole Whip into a glass.
- Pour ½ cup of Sprite into a liquid measuring cup.
- Carefully pour soda around the ice cream. Add a feather and serve immediately.
