We’ve got an easy party treat in honor of the Pumpkin King himself! These Jack Skellington hand pies are the perfect for movie night or a party spread. Made with just 3 ingredients, they are simple to make and will be ready in a snap. They were served on our Nightmare Before Christmas movie night but would be perfect for a Nightmare Before Christmas party too.
Jack Skellington Hand Pies

Ingredients:
- 1 double pie crust, frozen or refrigerated
- Sliced pepperoni
- Shredded Italian cheese
1 egg beaten + 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
- Unroll pie crust on a work surface dusted with flour. Use a 4-inch round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter to cut out 24 circles. If necessary, combine scrap pieces and roll out using a rolling pin. Use a small paring knife to cut out Jack’s features on 12 of the circles.
2. Arrange 1 tablespoon shredded cheese and 3 pepperoni slices in the center of 12 solid circles. Baste edges with egg wash. Top with circles with Jack’s features cut out. Crimp edges with your fingers or with a fork.
3. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange hand pies on the baking sheet 3 inches apart. Baste the tops of the hand pies with egg wash. Bake for 14 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Allow to cool on a baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
