These no-bake berries & cream jar desserts are both delicious and oh so pretty. These red, white, and blue treats use just four ingredients. They are light, fresh, and perfect for a summer picnic or watching fireworks.
They’re served in Ball jars so just screw on the lid, wrap the jar with a napkin and spoon and tie with baker’s twine and throw them in your bag.
Berries & Cream Jar Desserts
Makes 2 large {possibly shareable} desserts
Ingredients:
- Whipped cream
- 6 unfrosted vanilla cake rounds, 2-inches wide and 1-inch tall {sliced pound cake from the bakery or leftover cupcakes work perfectly}
- 12-18 medium strawberries, sliced in half lengthwise with tops trimmed
- Blueberries
- 2 large strawberries, sliced into rounds
Instructions:

Fill the bottom each the jar with 1-inch of whipped cream. Top with a cake round. Add strawberries around the outside edge of the cake. They should rest above the whipped cream and a form a circle around the cake round. Fill in gaps with blueberries.

Add a second and third layer of whipped cream, cake and berries. Top with whipped cream and add two large strawberry rounds to the top of the jar for Mickey ears.
