Classic Egg Salad Tea Sandwich
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
- 12 white bread slices, crusts removed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Spread on half of the bread slices and cover with second slice of bread. Slice into triangles or use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Turkey, Raspberry, and Cream Cheese Tea Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 oz. thinly sliced deli turkey
- 6 tablespoons raspberry preserves
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 12 wheat bread slices, crusts removed
Instructions
Spread bread slices with cream cheese. Top half of slices with turkey. Top other half of slices with raspberry preserves. Assemble sandwiches and slice into triangles or use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Cucumber and Dilled Cream Cheese Tea Sandwich
Ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 12 pumpernickel bread slices, crusts removed
Instructions
Place cream cheese, dill, salt & pepper in a bowl and stir with a rubber spatula until combined. Spread bread slices with cream cheese mixture. Top half of slices with thinly sliced cucumber. Assemble sandwiches and cut into triangles or cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
