Acorn Cookies
Ingredients:
- Mini Nilla Wafers
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Hershey’s Kisses
- Chocolate Flavor Candy Melts
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt the chocolate candy melts according to package instructions.
2. Dip flat surface of a Hershey’s Kiss in melted chocolate flavored candy melts. Adhere to the flat side of a mini Nilla Wafer. Set aside to dry. Repeat with other Hershey’s Kisses and Nilla Wafers.
3. Dip the flat surface of a mini chocolate chip in melted chocolate flavored candy melts. Adhere to the rounded cookie surface of the acorn cookie. Set aside to dry. Repeat with other mini chocolate chips and acorn cookies.
Candy Coated Birch Sticks
Ingredients:
- Pretzel Rods (approximately 6-inches long)
- White candy melts
- Milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt white candy melts according to package instructions. Place in a low flat container such as a bread pan.
2. Dip each pretzel rod in white candy melts. Allow to dry on waxed paper. Repeat with other pretzels.
3. Melt chocolate chips. Dip fork tines in chocolate and gently add detail to the white coated pretzel rods to imitate the look of birch bark. Allow to dry. Repeat with other pretzels.
