These little cloud desserts are so cute! They are simple to create and only require two ingredients: blue Jello and whipped cream. This recipe was featured on our Up Disney dinner.
Cloud Jello Desserts
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) blue Jello
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Colorful candy pearls
- Plastic cups & spoons
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine boiling water and Jello mix; stir for two minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into a 13×9-inch dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate until Jello is set but not firm.
- Use a spoon to break Jello into small flakes. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Jello into each serving glass. Then top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and press whipped cream against the side of the glass with the back of a spoon. Repeat layers. Top with whipped cream and candy pearls.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
